Exchange / Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days from the arrival date to exchange the item if any of the following problems happen:

  • The product is broken or flawed.
  • The product is either wrongly labelled or doesn't match the item that was shown on the website and bought by the customer.
If you choose the wrong type, you'll have to pay for shipping again when you want to exchange it.

- The item should be in the same state and original box that you got it in. It also needs to be brand new and unopened.
- The paperwork must be sent with the goods.
—Customized items can't be returned or swapped because they can't be sold again.
- The cost of sending the item back is not refunded.
- The replaced item will be sent to you within 7 business days.

- To Return Or Exchange For proof and to make sure the problem doesn't happen again, we may ask for a video of the case and a screenshot of the About Phone app.

Important Notice 1: Please be aware that all computers and phone screens have different colour settings (brightness and contrast), so we will not be able to replace items that have different colours. The colours will look a little different on each phone screen, even if you look at the same picture. We hope you can see the small change in colour due to different monitors or screens)

Important Notice 2: Before you place your order, please read the description of the product material very carefully. It is very clear in the product details of each item what the item is made of. If you bought the wrong piece, you will not be able to get replacements.

Important Notice 3: Please look at the ad pictures on the product page to get an idea of how the product looks from the top, bottom, and sides. As long as you didn't see the side pictures, you won't be able to get a replacement. Don't worry—the goods are carefully made to protect the phone from all four sides. The raised lip on top and bottom of the case keeps the phone safe if it falls.
